You must register by indicating your Taxpayer no., Entity code (available on your water bill) and email address. Then you will receive a username and access code in your email, which are required to sign in. Registration and use are free of charge.

Professionals
You must register by indicating the service number, Corporate Taxpayer number, and an email address. Then you will receive an access code in your email. Registration and use are free of charge.

You can look up and manage in an interactive manner your Customer details related with the water supply contract in comfort and totally safe, at any time from anywhere without travelling.

Customers
This service allows you to manage your personal and contract details, look up your consumption and billing history, communicate readings (validated online), require house assistance, request clarifications, and many more things!

If you own more than one contract then you will be able to look up and manage all the contracts associated with your Entity.

Professionals
This innovative service will allow you to look up and monitor your connection process/es and access you visit result/s, where you will be able to read EPAL's opinion.

You only need to click on "Recover" on pages Customers or Professionals, depending on your case, and enter your Entity code (if you are a Customer) or Corporate Taxpayer number (if your are a Professional).

Then you will receive an email (on the email address you gave when you registered) with your username and access code.

You must sign in to EPALnet Customers or Professionals and choose "Change Access".
