This service informs you of the water consumption in your residence, shop, industry or office, and enables you to monitor its evolution throughout time. You may also take advantage of notices sent whenever you have an unusual water consumption.

There are four modes available for this service:

• Look up your water consumption for the last months
• Calculate your average daily consumption per person and compare it to the normal figures in Lisbon
• Communicate meter readings, which are validated online
• Monitor a graph and evolution of meter readings for the last 30 days

Please Note | The higher the number of meter readings communicated by the customer, the more detailed this information will be.

waterbeep plus

• Look up your water consumption for the last months
• View your water consumption for the last 30 days and 7 days
• Calculate your average daily consumption per person and compare it to the normal figures in their area
• View consumption development for the intended period of analysis

This information shall be made available through an address to be communicated to the customer, where a custom file shall be developed based on the requirements to be agreed with the customer as to facilitate the inclusion of consumption data in the system.

This is available for waterbeep plus, pro, and premium, where notices will be sent via text message and/or email.

These notices are issued whenever the usual water consumption pattern differs and too much consumption for a long period of time, which may indicate leakage or open/broken devices.

Notices are issued in regard to the previous day.

The notice parameters are previously established by EPAL for each location and you may customise them at any given moment.

Customers must register at the Digital Counter of the Managing Entity. If you have already registered at the Digital Counter, then you only need to access waterbeep using the same access codes.

Waterbeep works on Internet Explorer 7 or higher, Firefox and Google Chrome. If you want to take advantage of all application potentials you may use Internet Explorer 9, Firefox 3.6 or higher, and Google Chrome.

Waterbeep has been optomised for 1024x768 resolution.

myAQUA ® is a free application for smartphones that allows the Customer to check and manage their contract data, send in readings with online validation, check water bills, obtain payment references and pay by MBWay and much more.

It allows the Customer to access more than one contract, allowing information relating to several supply locations to be checked and managed in a simple, convenient way and with a single access code.

CONTRACT MANAGEMENT

• Alter/update contract data (contacts, Tax number, no. of residents);
• Check the request history.

METER READING

• Send in readings, with online validation;
• Check the date of the last reading made by the Company and by the Customer;
• Receive alerts about sending in the reading, with it being possible to customise the frequency (daily, weekly, monthly).

BILLING

• Check if there are bills outstanding (bills and credit notes);
• See all your previous bills, paid or outstanding;
• Obtain Multibanco (MB) payment references, request new ones, if the existing ones are not valid, or even make payments via MBWay;
• Sign up to a SEPA Direct Debit;
• Sign up to the e-Water Bill, with bills being sent by email, and download and save the document as a pdf. 

INTERRUPTIONS IN THE SUPPLY OF WATER

• Advice of interruptions in the supply that affect the Customer’s supply location, with the estimated time of the restoration of the supply.

SUSTAINABLE SERVICES

• Sign up to/access waterbeep®, the service that allows the Customer to track their water consumption.

REPORTING FAULTS

• Report problems related to water quality, water pressure, water leaks, interruptions in the water supply, bursts in the street, among others.

NEWS 

• Find out about EPAL's new procedures, campaigns and latest innovations;
• Give your consent to receiving information about new procedures, products and updates to the technological solutions available.

AND ALSO:

• Online bookings of face-to-face appointments;
• Apply for special water tariffs such as the social tariff and the family tariff.

Custom notices, that you may change at any given time, for the period of time that is more convenient to you (daily, weekly or monthly), as well as the day and time it is received.

When communicating regular meter readings, customers may monitor the evolution of their water consumption on waterbeep, and the bigger the number of communicated readings, the more detailed your information will be.

Just go to your mobile phone’s app store and install myAQUA®.

To enter the application it is necessary to register with the following data:
• Entity Code (available on your water bill);
• Tax number;
• Email to which the log-in details will be sent.
 
If you are already registered with the EPALnet service, you can enter myAQUA using the same access codes.
 
myAQUA can also already use authentication.gov, allowing access to the application through the Digital Mobile Key. If the customer’s smartphone version allows it, they can also login by faceID or fingerprint.

You need to be connected to the internet in order to access myAQUA.

This application is available for Android phones (version 7.0 or higher) and iPhones (version iOS 9.0 or higher).

The Managing Entity must have implemented the AQUAmatrix Commercial Management System.

Yes, myAQUA memorizes access codes only if the user does not log out. If the user log out, the next time you access myAQUA you must re-introduce your access code.
