EPAL SUPPLIES WATER DIRECTLY ONLY TO CUSTOMERS IN THE CITY OF LISBON.
If you live outside Lisbon you should contact the water company for your area.
EPAL offers various ways to set up the supply contract.
EPAL site, Customer Service Line, letter, fax and EPAL shops
To simplify the process of setting up the contract, we explain the necessary steps below:
- You must present the information required to set up the water supply contract via the EPAL site, the Customer Service Line, by letter or fax
- If you prefer to use the website or send a letter or fax, you will be contacted afterwards by EPAL to confirm the data you have supplied and arrange for our technicians to visit the address if necessary
- After our technicians’ visit to the address you will receive the water supply contract at the address you gave. If you choose to pay by Direct Debit, you will also receive the SEPA Direct Debit mandate, which must be signed and returned to EPAL
- Return the signed contract to us without delay, together with a copy of proof of identity of the occupant
