This service was created for our Customers with sight deficiencies (blind or amblyopic people).
How to apply
To sign up for this service you just need to ask for a Bill in Braille through
EPAL site, the
Customer Help Desk or in EPAL shops.
Information in Braille
EPAL also provides its “Customer’s Manual” and the leaflet “Useful Information” in Braille, which you can pick up in EPAL shops.
