The Emergency General Plan of EPAL shows, in simplified form, the organization, management and response setting to emergencies that may affect the operation of your Water Supply System for Human Consumption.

Their existence is justified by the need to plan and define the organization, the performance and the articulation of EPAL with External Entities, to mitigate emergencies impacting the operation of the supply system and the supply of water for the rapid restoration of normality and response to customers and consumers.

Any citizen or representative of public entities to verify an anomalous situation that endangers the normal operation of EPAL’s Supply System should with greater objectivity can report it to the EPAL lines.
