New features in EPAL's free app give the customer increased autonomy and ease in managing their contract


myAQUA ENEPAL never ceases to amaze with its interactive customer service. This time, it is the myAQUA app that has just been upgraded with new features, all to make customer service closer, more efficient and easier.

myAQUA is the EPAL app that allows the customer to update their data, send in readings, sign up for sustainable services and carry out many other operations via a smartphone, conveniently and comfortably, wherever they are.

Equipped with new operations that offer the user greater autonomy, the app is now more robust and ready to respond to all requests.

Let's start with access - the myAQUA app can already use authentication.gov, allowing access to the application through the Digital Mobile Key, avoiding the need for yet another password. If the customer’s smartphone version allows it, they can also login by faceID or fingerprint.

Another new feature is that the customer can now check the history of all their bills, paid or outstanding, with better control of payments and avoiding being cut-off due to missing the deadline, as well as being able to check MB payment references, request new ones in case the existing ones are not valid, or even make the payment via MBWay

And if you already receive your bill by email, the ecological option used by 160,000 customers, faster and with a smaller environmental footprint, you can now also download and save the document as a pdf.

So that you don't miss our new features and services, there is now a space dedicated entirely to news, ensuring that new procedures, campaigns and the latest innovations reach you.

The customer can already give their consent to receiving information about new procedures, products and updates to the technological solutions available, staying right up-to-date with improvements in the service that we are proud to provide.
